  I have rented many times in the past but this company continues to make mistake, after mistake, after mistake with no accountability. It was almost impossible to get through to our property manager as they never answered their phone, returned our calls or replied to our emails. In our 16 month lease we had 8 property managers but were never once being advised that they had changed. The receptionist is no assistance and will only transfer you to someone else who doesn't answer their phone. Maintenance was almost impossible to get done, we were told when we moved in the exhaust fan was to be fixed and to send through the measurements which I did straight away, again it was never followed up by anyone plus many things on top of this that took chasing from us to be fixed, many times WEEKS to even get an acknowledgement. On top of a horrific rental experience the bond refund process is APPALLING! It is now going on 6 weeks since our final inspection, 5 weeks since us handing the bond form back, signed and correct, and we find out yesterday that it hasn't even been lodged yet! The only breath of fresh air in this whole experience was Sophia during the open homes when we were leaving. She assisted where she could and ensured we knew everything that we needed to know. Her communication and correspondence was fantastic! Though based on our entire experience with this company we would never recommend them to anyone and we will certainly never be having any other dealings with them.
